Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the order's reception date. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for the reasons stated below, We can replace it with the same item or with another selected same value one. If the period of 7 days has elapsed since the reception, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a Replacement.

One of The following criteria must be met to qualify for a Replacement:

-The Product is defective

-The product is not as described

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, we will request proofs (pictures, videos, or physical inspection upon return) If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to send a replacement.
